This Property Management is a family ran agency, I truly had the best experience living in one of their rental properties in Carmichael CA, for over 4 years. They have quick and easy hassle free steps on there website to pay your rent monthly. Krystal Tiner was professional though such a kind person to work with, always quick to help when needed, she even supplied me the steps to ensure I received my deposit. I couldn't have had it any better. I would recommend this property management to all.

This is a family owned property management. They are EVERYWHERE. I lived at one of their rental properties for a year. It was never difficult to get ahold of them when you needed something fixed. It was my first time outside a apartment complex. Great service. Thank you Tiner for the great experience. Oh and you can pay your rent online! Super convenient. Krystal Tiner was great as well she helped me with everything professionally and kindly even through my difficult time of having to leave their property to downsize.
